Qualifications
- The applicant shall be extensively engaged in the manufacture of concrete pressure pipe;
- The applicant shall not have its principal place of business nor any plant in a country subject to sanctions by the U.S. government (as determined by U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control) and the company shall not be a Specially Designated National;
- The applicant shall have made at least 800,000 inch-feet of concrete pressure pipe in accordance with applicable AWWA Standards (C300, C301, C302 and C303), or their equivalent as determined by ACPPA, for use at an average design pressure of at least 40 psi and such pipe shall have been installed and operated satisfactorily in active service for at least one year; and
- All of the applicant’s plants which manufacture concrete pressure pipe in accordance with AWWA Standards (C300, C301, C302 and C303), or their equivalent as determined by ACPPA, for use at an average design pressure of at least 40 psi shall be certified to be in compliance with ACPPA’s Audit and Certification Program.

Annual Dues (January 1-December 31)
Base Fee: $65,000
Facility Fee*: $20,000 per facility for the first ten (10) facilities. No additional fee for facilities 11 and above.
*This fee applies to all plants which manufacture concrete pressure pipe in accordance with AWWA Standards (C300, C301, C302 and C303), or their equivalent.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER:
Qualifications
- The applicant shall provide products and/or services to Association Members and/or the concrete pressure pipe industry;
- The applicant shall not have its principal place of business nor any plant in a country subject to sanctions by the U.S. government (as determined by U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control) and the company shall not be a Specially Designated National; and
- The applicant shall not be eligible to join the Association as a Member.
